Contract Agreement

for the provision of Automation services provided by Xinghelper Software

This Public Contract Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) determines the procedure for the provision of Xing automation services, as well as mutual rights, obligations and the procedure for relations between the Individual Entrepreneur  Anas Al-khateeb, acting on the basis of the Charter, hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”, on the one hand, and the customer of services, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”, who accepted this public contract agreement (offer) to conclude this Agreement.

1. Definitions used in this agreement

1.1. For the purposes of this offer, the following terms and definitions are used in the following meaning:

  • Agreement – an agreement between the Customer and the Contractor for the provision Xing automation services, which is concluded by paying for the offer;
  • Offer – this document, a public contract. Publication (placement) of the text of the public agreement on the website  https://xinghelper.com  is a public offer (offer) addressed to a wide range of people in order to provide certain types of services (clause 2, article 407 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus);
  • The fact confirming the conclusion of a public contract by the Customer of services is its payment – acceptance (clause 3 of article 408 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus);
  • Offer acceptance – full and unconditional acceptance of the offer by performing the actions specified in paragraph 5.2. of this agreement and ticking “I accept the terms of the agreement” or pressing the “Buy” button on the website https://xinghelper.com. The acceptance of the periodic payment is made by putting the checkbox “I agree to the periodic payment” by the Customer on the Contractor’s website https://xinghelper.com. Acceptance of an offer creates an Agreement.
  • Customer – a person who has paid for the offer and is a consumer of services under the concluded Agreement.
  • Subscription – the right of the Customer to receive Xing automation services from the Contractor for the period selected in pricing page  with automatic payment for services by debiting funds from the Customer’s bank card using the bePaid payment system.
